Directions from M1:

Exit M1 J27

Take the exit signposted Annesley

Continue straight over the first mini roundabout

At the next roundabout, take the first exit and then immediate left onto Lake View Drive

Continue past the Dakota hotel on the left, over a pedestrian crossing and then take the next right turn into H20

Eventure is the last unit on the right hand side
