CDM2007 is a prestigious construction design and management programme for the London Borough of Bromley and a full e-learning suite developed from scratch by Eventure.

Steve Dalby, the project leader, had originally used a US developer because very few UK companies offered the right bespoke solution.

Then he found Eventure – at the top of page one on Google.

Steve Dalby says:

“We knew what we wanted, we had a series of requirements, so we drew up a series of shortlists of suppliers and what they could provide –and Eventure came out top of each of those lists.

Earlier we’d looked on Google and seen Eventure came up first and we thought if they can do it for themselves – they can do it for us too.

We wanted a platform to take the whole e-learning business to a new level.

We are an e-learning company and we have to be known as something unique and different. We had gone to the US supplier – but we struggled to get that to go in the direction we wanted to go in – so we moved to a customised solution in the UK.

I am very happy with Eventure’s solution. We were kept in the loop all the way so we knew what we were getting.

We were able to create a full function specification. I knew what they were producing and they knew what my aspirations were.

In simple terms, they listened. We talked about objectives and key areas of the site. I didn’t want a menu system. I wanted the design to integrate menus where they were needed. With their design team – we produced a practical solution.

Telephone access to people is very easy. They are a small organisation, which means they can focus on their customers. If something needs to be prioritised – they fix it very, very quickly.
