Communication Tools
Various communication processes can be integrated into our solutions allowing students to communicate and feedback with each other and with learning managers.
Email integration - A full proprietary email facility can be built in providing all users with their own e-learning email address, private mailbox and tools. If you do not require a separate email process then existing email systems can be integrated with our solutions.
Live Chat - Allowing students and training managers to communicate in real-time within the system. When users login they can state that they are online and available if any other user wishes to chat to them, when a user then requests a chat session with another - a pop-up chat window will automatically appear and the live one-to-one chat session can begin.
E-Newsletter - A facility to easily communicate with a selective group or all students is our e-newsletter solution, learning managers can easily create a graphical information newsletter using the Open Box Editing process and within a few clicks automatically distribute the media to the selected recipients email address.
