Document Manager
Our document management system is currently a virtual folder filing system that can act as a central information repository for all documents and other required file formats.
Allows the organisation of files within folders in a hierarchical format along with:
- Document keyword meta data search facility.
- User tagging allowing document security and access rights to be set for individuals or groups, this could also reference Active Directory service if required.
- Easy manual or automatic document archive process that can be set for folders or groups of information.
- Currently supports PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel and HTML document formats but this can easily be customised if additional formats are required.
- Can be integrated to run inside an existing intranet solution or via extranet or external dedicated server behind secure user login gateway.
- Full browser-based access.
Bespoke additional document management tools available:
- Corporate collaboration tools (Bulletin Board/Chat/Videoconference)
- Contact databases (Staff, Customers, Contractors, Suppliers). The staff database can be managed as a manual process or can populated from an external database.
- Integration with existing intranet document process systems such as Microsoft Sharepoint.
