Disabilities
The aim of this short course is to provide a greater understanding of people with disabilities and explain the legal requirements placed on the Organisation by legislation covering people with disabilities.
It aims to influence good practice in relation to services provided to people with disabilities, improve skills in communicating appropriately and effectively with people with disabilities and
agree suitable action plans for individuals and for the application by individuals in their work area.
