A brand new facility that allows users to upload digital video files from DVD, camcorder or other formats and converts them automatically into Macromedia Flash format in minutes.
Video was previously a very expensive commodity to run across the internet due to heavy usage of server resources, bandwidth and streaming software technologies along with all visitors needing a fast internet connection as standard.
We have developed tools which can create Flash format files from the video source that retain a high standard of quality but are compressed to around 10% of the original file size and stream automatically to the audience web browser.
A video player can be automatically added containing play and sound controls.
Once the converted files have been created by the system they can then be added to learning content pages in exactly the same way as adding an image with no further learning or technical knowledge required.
