Digital Account Executive

 

Job Summary

To act as a point of contact for assigned clients and partners, working with Account Director and Head of Marketing to grow and retain our clients’ businesses and agency portfolio.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work independently to produce all necessary account management documentation and deliver monthly reports with high precision for clients (keyword positions; traffic profiles; attribution modelling; customer journey and review processes).
  • The role seeks an individual with a proactive approach in solving issues with assigned clients, escalating issues to relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, affiliate publishers, partners and internal teams via email, Skype, phone and face-to-face meetings.
  • Email marketing: overseeing clients’ email strategies from brief to HTML responsive design creation to A/B testing and reporting.
  • Monitor affiliate publisher performance to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Provide support to all team members when necessary.
  • Social media: overseeing clients’ social media activity and ensuring delivery of briefed campaigns to budget; account creation, monitoring, scanning and responding on behalf of the client; posting and scheduling posts; promotions and paid advertising campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential experience

  • Office 365 applications; Photoshop; Premiere Pro; Mailchimp; Google Analytics; Google AdWords; WordPress; Content Management Systems; eBay; Amazon (Seller Central).
  • Understanding and appreciation for SEO fundamentals
  • A good grasp of eCommerce principals and applications.
  • Knowledge of predominant social media platforms in terms of outreach and engagement.
  • A genuine desire to keep abreast of latest ecommerce developments at home (UK) and internationally.

Desirable

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio; Google AdWords; Google Webmaster Tools; Google Business Listings; Google Shopping; SEM Rush.
  • All facets of Email Marketing including awareness of UK legislative requirements.
  • Basic to intermediate level of HTML knowledge.
  • Client-facing experience within small to medium-sized retailers.

Job Type

Full time – office based with occasional client visits expected quarterly.

Office hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary

Up to £22k D.O.E.

Digital Marketing Assistant

 

Job Summary

Full-service marketing agency, Eventure Internet has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our busy marketing team working on a wide range of clients and digital activity.

You will be primarily responsible for overseeing social, affiliate and email marketing channels while assisting with on and off page ranking factors across a portfolio of E-commerce websites. You will also be involved in the day-to-day running of our portfolio of PPC campaigns. The role involves daily client liaison and involvement with in-house development and design teams – previous experience is essential for the role.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ongoing competitor research via online channels
  • Visual content creation: web banners; blog images; product images; email graphics; video editing for social media and general website purposes.
  • Email marketing: overseeing clients’ email strategies from brief to HTML responsive design creation to A/B testing and reporting.
  • Content research: locating relevant and timely articles and news stories for re purposing. Occasional article creation for clients’ blogs.
  • Social media: creation of new accounts, monitoring, scanning and responding on behalf of the client; posting and scheduling posts; promotions and paid advertising campaigns.
  • E commerce reporting: ongoing monitoring of channel activity with comparison against target. Assisting with weekly and monthly performance reports with clear, precise reporting for clients (keyword positions; traffic profiles; attribution modelling; customer journey and review processes).
  • Affiliate marketing: weekly monitoring of clients’ affiliate channels – confirming orders and ensuring only valid referrals are authorised.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential experience

  • Office 365 applications; Photoshop; Premiere Pro; Mailchimp; Google Analytics; WordPress; Content Management Systems; eBay; Amazon (Seller Central)
  • A good understanding of eCommerce principals and applications.
  • A genuine desire to keep abreast of latest eCommerce developments at home (UK) and internationally.
