Website brief creation process

The initial brief may be supplied by the client or their representative in either verbal or written format.

In the case of a written document this may be supplied by the IT department of the client, an impartial consultant employed for the purpose or through a business link or UK-online representative. In the case of a written brief, a initial meeting will be held with the client and the initial specification document will be created including any long and short term charges, this process in supplied free of charge.

In the case of a verbal brief, the same processes are undertaken but advice will be given on creating the brief and the technical issues involved with the brief, the initial specification document will then be supplied free of charge. This enables the client to scrutinise and more importantly compare that solution and the charges with our competitors, so enabling confidence in the solution and the value for money of the project.

Upon the placement of order, the initial brief will be developed into an accurate final specification that will enable our team to develop the project accurately and efficiently, this final specification will be supplied upon order conformation previous to development beginning, this will give client confidence in the fact that, in the event that Eventure Internet fails to uphold client satisfaction this specification may be supplied to a competent website design company to aid in any future development. Exceptions may be made to the supply of some project code due to Intellectual Property rights; this will be discussed previous to any project commencement.
