What hosting solutions do you provide ?
We have two hosting options - Windows 2003 server shared or dedicated, shared is to have your website co-hosted on a dedicated server managed by us directly along with our other clients, dedicated is to have an entire server and bandwidth devoted solely to your solution. A dedicated server is recommended once you are receiving over 2000 visitors per day. Our solution also comes full, detailed visitor statistics, email management and 99.5% uptime guarantee.
Do you offer a technical specification ?
Yes a full in-depth solution specification is drawn up with our development team following acceptance of our initial proposal, this is then signed and agreed by both parties.
Do you provide a guarantee ?
Yes, upon completion of site development and final sign off, a 4 week period will be granted for any and all changes within the initial specification of the site development, including error rectification, after this initial period any and all issues deemed the responsibility of initial design or a coding error will receive a further 12 months technical support and every effort will be made to rectify any and all faults within a 48 hour period.

Who owns the solution once development is complete ?
Our client, following site completion a full copy of the solution is provided on a DVD upon request. In the highly unlikely event that they wish to move development and management of the solution to another company, this can easily be done as our code is written to a standard that any other reputable development company can follow.
Are there any hidden / on-going costs ?
There are no hidden costs whatsoever, the only on-going fixed cost is for the server hosting on an annual basis as set out in our proposal. We offer on-going marketing or maintenance packages but these are established at the request of the client once the solution is complete.
